• Midsole: Three layers of On’s CloudTec pods sit between you and the road, compressing on landing and springing back on takeoff. On's Helion superfoam delivers dynamic cushioning and impact absorption, while the nylon Speedboard plate adds a touch of forward propulsion without making this feel like a race shoe. The rocker geometry rolls you through each step naturally, so running feels less like effort and more like momentum.
